Christopher S. Bailey has served as senior vice president of VHHA since 1994. He has overall responsibility for financial policy issues, health data programs and spearheading the Association’s efforts with Medicaid. He also serves as executive vice president of VHHA Services. Prior to joining VHHA, he served 10 years with the Illinois Hospital Association. He holds a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan.
