This webinar will explore potential alternatives to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and
discuss their effect, if any, on Section 501(r). It will also examine executive orders issued
by the President that are designed to eliminate or reduce the regulatory burden imposed

existing IRS enforcement initiatives involving Section 501(r), so that charitable hospitals
can develop and implement best practices for compliance.
Travis Jackson, principal, Polsinelli, brings a wealth of experience concerning the tax and
