Your Right To Decide

VHHA worked with a group of experts to develop a brochure, “Your Right to Decide,” that describes health care decision-making provisions of state law in terms that are easy to understand. It is the only summary of state law that is currently approved by the designated state agencies as required by the federal law. The booklet is available in English and Spanish. Single copies may be ordered by contacting VHHA; large quantity orders are available by submitting the order form below. The booklet is not copyrighted and may be duplicated.
