REVIEW Magazine: High Reliability and Safety Culture Success Stories

The Virginia Hospital  & Healthcare Association is pleased to release the latest edition of REVIEW Magazine, a triannual publication of the Association. This issue features high reliability and safety culture success stories from Virginia hospitals and health systems that have been profiled as part of the Virginia Patient Safety Organization’s ongoing Brown Bag Webinar Series. The series debuted this year and is held on the fourth Monday of the month from 12:30-1 p.m. Each free webinar features a presentation by representatives from VHHA-member hospitals sharing a successful strategy or program that has promoted safety culture and high reliability in their organization. Through October 2017, representatives from Children’s National Health System, HCA Virginia Health System, Inova Health System, Mountain States Health Alliance, VCU Health System, and UVA Health System have delivered webinar presentations. The first webinar of the 2018 season is scheduled for Jan. 22.
