VHHA advocates at the federal level to advance sound health policy that supports hospitals, patients, and communities across Virginia.

Our federal advocacy focuses on ensuring Virginia’s voice is heard in Washington, D.C. From Medicare and Medicaid policy to workforce funding and rural health initiatives, VHHA works closely with members of Congress and federal agencies to shape legislation that impacts health systems statewide.
